In 2010 wrote about this better than average local food using, local farmer Bistro. He started late in the year, and the economy has taken it’s toll, he really wants to stay open and could use a bit of help in his effort to save the place. Frankly I think if I don’t get to taste the Bacon Jam Burger I will cry.
