Our method and motto is ‘Sustainability and Traceability.’ Our products are caught and flash frozen immediately after they are processed, so ‘”Straight From The Fisherman’s Hands” is really true. The owner buys from commercial long line fishing families and sends the high quality Alaskan catch back to the Northern Michigan region. Hook and Line fishing is one of the least invasive means of fishing, and having the catch sent directly back to Northern Michigan ensures the products traceability. Our products are not normally found state-side – for years the higher quality catch has gone to fish eating countries. We have decided to get it back in balance, and send the high quality fish back to our mainland shores as well. Thus our beginning and hopefully our history for many years to come! We care deeply about the foods our community members eat, and that fishing families can continue to fish for generations to come. Our products are caught and processed in the US. Wild Alaskan Fish caught sustainably and sent back to our shores for all to eat!
