At  Lake Pointe Village Apartments we have five different one bedroom and four different two bedroom floor plans. Our one bedrooms rent from $815-$995 and two bedrooms rent from $915-$1205, some include wood burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and lake view with premium upgrades. Rent includes covered, assigned carport, snow/trash removal and 24 hour emergency maintenance.
Property is spread out over 19 acres of wooded landscape nestled against Boardman Lake. Lake Pointe Village is just minutes from downtown Traverse City shops and restaurants, the Grand Traverse mall, Logan’s Landing, the Cherryland Mall and Preferred Outlets. It offers convenient access to beautiful Grand Traverse Bay, 200 area golf courses, five of Michigan’s top downhill ski resorts and an abundance of other recreational activities.  You are steps from Boardman Lake Trail which connects to 10 miles of the TART system. Amenities include outdoor pool, hot tub, weight room and clubhouse with full kitchen and fireplace.
Our pet policy welcomes one dog no more than 30 pounds at their adult weight and cats. You can have up to two cats or one cat and one dog. There is a $500 pet deposit. $300 is non-refundable and $200 is refundable with no damages. Pet rent is $25 per month, per animal.
We offer discounts for individuals 50 and over, Munson Healthcare employees and law enforcement, fire and military personnel.
